We have already started our A2 year course . Over the next 12 months we will be going through many different things and we will have to complete the following : 1). Advanced portfolio in media which is 100 marks and 2). Critical perspectives in media which will give us another 100 marks . We will also create an advanced portfolio which consists of : 1). Multi-media production based in the music industry and 2). Working as a small independent production company . We will also be doing a theoretical part of our course and in the exam we will get two questions . The first question will involve analysing of our own product using digital technology , creativity , post-production , research and planning and some others . The second question will involve gene , narrative , representation , audience and media language . These two questions are all from part A , but there is also part B in our exam , which will involve discussing a key media concept using a range of texts from two media areas . More specificaly , we will be looking at the music industry , film industries and news production and society . These are all the things that we will be covering next year .
Talking about my previous blog , there are really a lot of things that I could have done better . For example I really wish my posts could be much more interesting, more detailed in some cases and with more pictures and different effects . Having said that , I have experimented with a variety of media , which I haven't probably applied but will do next year : voice recording , power point , how to use Premier pro for the editing , prezi and others . I have some goals which I will try and follow next year , such are : 1). make at least 3 posts each week , 2). make my posts look good and remember the rule the quality is more important that the quantity , 3). try and add pictures or use different programms as posts will look more interesting and it won't be boring to read them .
