We adapted our idea to focus more in one room, deciding that the "basement" would be made up in the studio and predominantly would be filmed in there. We thought it would be more effective to centralise the sequence on the two boys in the room, one dead and the other struggling to free himself. The boy the starts to hear footsteps, becoming more and more panicked, the camera then flashes to the footsteps approaching down the corridor. The man then opens the door and paces over to the boy and the scene cuts as the boy is looking up in desperation at the man.
Matt and Luke liked the concept of a boy under pressure and "someone coming", however thought the elements like the "doctor" and him keeping two girls captive was slightly cliche and not very unique. However, they thought that our sequence was of the thriller genre, yet we had to be careful not to mix it up with a horror. They thought our idea was full of tension and suspense, yet we had to develop it to improve it and get rid of some elements.
I found the feedback from Matt and Luke really useful and helpful and realised that there is still room for improvement .
